Zinc plated tie rod ends for protection and long life. Polished to a "like Chrome finish". Rusty's Aluminum HD Steering System for the JL Wrangler and JT Gladiator works great as a stand-alone replacement upgrade and creates a steering system that is nearly indestructible!

Rusty's JL/JT Steering System starts with a massive 1.825 diameter solid 7075 T6 aluminum for both the tie rod and the drag link. Equally massive 1.25 threaded zinc plated forged adjustable ends thread into the heavy-wall tubing with jam nuts and HD steering stabilizer bracket. The factory steering linkage is complicated and features compound angles that don't respond well to lifts over any heights and the system has also proven to have a few weak points. The Rusty's Steering for JL Wrangler and JT Gladiator models is beefier than anything on the market and addresses the factory shortcomings while adding significant strength all at the same time!

When looking to upgrade or simply replace your factory steering components you can't go wrong with this system. Tech Note: This kit is for use with the narrower front axle. The wider front axle came on Rubicon, Mojave, 392 & Max Tow Packages only.
